摘    要:生物化学是生物医药类、生物技术类专业一门重要的专业基础课.“基于问题的学习(PBL)”为中心的生物化学教学方法,通过TRIZ创新方法原理建立解决问题的要素.从问题出发,以要素为抓手,在老师的指导下,让学生通过一看、二找、三理解、四记忆和五应用的学习方法来解决问题,最终达到完成生物化学课程的学习任务.

Abstract:Biochemistry is a professional basic course in biomedicine and biotechnology. Biochemistry teaching method based on problem-based learning (PBL) establishes elements to solve the problem by the TRIZ method. Starting from the problem, holding of the elements, under the guidance of the teacher, students solve the problem with method of reading, finding out, understanding, memory and application, to finally accomplish the biochemistry course learning tasks.
