高职院校教学科研与社会服务联动机制研究

教学、科研和社会服务是高校的三大功能，从院校的协调发展来说，三者有着内在的统一性。分析当下高职院校教学、科研和社会服务存在的诸多问题，并结合高职院校的特色，提出建立教学、科研和社会服务联动机制的动因和必要性，并从追求“教学卓越”、提升产学研结合度、丰富社会服务内涵和重视院校文化建设四个方面展开论述，以此探索提升教学、科研和社会服务联动的策略和方法。

Research on the Linkage Mechanism between Teaching and Scientific Research and Social Service in Higher Vocational Colleges

Teaching, scientific research and social service are the three major functions of universities. From the coordinated development of colleges and universities, the three have the intrinsic unity. Through analysis of the problems at present existing in the three aspects in higher vocational colleges, and combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward causes and necessity of the establishment of a linkage mechanism among teaching, scientific research and social service. In order to explore strategies and methods to improve the linkage, the elaboration is launched from four aspects： the pursuit of ＂ excellence in teaching＂ , promoting research node degree, enriching connotation of social service and paying attention to school culture construction.
