| 摘 要： | 随着产业结构调整步伐加快，高技能人才匮乏的矛盾也日渐突显，产业转型和升级对高职教育专业发展产生深远的影响。通过分析高职教育专业结构存在的问题，提出高职教育专业结构优化要适应产业结构，加大对高职院校的支持力度，构建区域高职院校联盟，加强毕业生质量跟踪调查等措施，调整高职院校的专业结构，以促进产业升级背景下高职教育专业结构的不断优化。

| Abstract: | Industrial transformation and upgrading have a profound influence on the development of higher vocational education, with the pace of industrial restructuring accelerating and the contradiction of lack of high skill talents, becoming more prominent. Through analyzing the existing problems of specialty structure in higher vocational education, the measures of specialty structure optimization are put forward： adapting to the industrial structure, increasing support for higher vocational colleges, construction of regional higher vocational college alliance, and enhancing graduates tracking survey, to adjust specialty structure and promote its optimization based on the background of industrial upgrading |
