高职院校辅导员职业认同分析与途径研究

辅导员的职业认同直接影响到高职学生的成长成才.通过对从辅导员个人、学校、社会三方面分析造成辅导员职业认同弱化的原因,提出高职院校辅导员要强化职业规划与认同,优化组织环境,争取社会支持等建议与对策,以增强高职院校辅导员的职业认同感,促进高职院校大学生思想政治教育工作.

Career Identity Analysis and Approach Research of Higher Vocational College Counsellors

The career identity of counselors directly affects students＂ growth and development. The article, from individual, school and society three aspects, analyzes the causes of weakening the career identity of counselors, and puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures, such as, higher vocational college counselors should strengthen career planning and identity, the organizational environment should be optimized; and social support should be rallied in order to reinforce the career identity of counselors in higher vocational colleges, and promote the ideological and political education of college students.
