摘    要:兼职教师是高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分,对于改善师资结构,提高教学质量起到举足轻重的作用.目前,高职院校兼职教师队伍建设从总体上看,在聘任制度、队伍建设、管理措施等方面还存在亟待解决的问题.为此,高职院校要重视兼职教师队伍的建设与管理,建立健全管理制度,建设一支师德高尚、队伍稳定、结构合理、素质优良、具有较高教学水平和较强实践能力的兼职教师队伍,以适应高职教育快速发展的需要.

Abstract:The part-time teachers are an important part of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. They play a decisive role to improve teachers'structure and teaching quality. At present, there are problems to be solved as a whole, in the construction of part- time teacher team in higher vocational colleges in the aspects of the employment system, team construction and management measures, etc. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to the construction and management of part- time teachers, establish a sound management system, and construct a part-time teachers" team with noble ethics, team stability, reasonable structure, excellent quality, high teaching level and strong practice ability, to adapt to the needs of the rapid development of higher vocational education.
