高职毕业生求职能力的影响因素及对策研究

在高职院校毕业生就业竞争严峻的形势下，指出求职意识不够强烈、专业知识体系理解不够、职业观定位不准确和对职业素养理解不到位是影响求职能力培养的因素，为此采取结合专业培养目标梳理知识体系、加强职业意识培养、加强求职技巧学习、树立科学的职业价值观和良好心理的调适能力等对策提升高职院校毕业生求职能力。

Study on the Factors and Countermeasures Affecting Job-hunting Abilities of Higher Vocational Graduates

Under the grim situation of higher vocational college graduates employment, the core factors affecting employment abilities are that the graduates＇ employment awareness is not strong enough, their professional knowledge system is not comprehended, their occupational idea is not positioned correctly andthey do not understand professional quality. In order to enhance thej ob-hunting abilities of higher vocational college graduates, the countermeasures are put forward as following： to tease out the knowledge system combining with the professional training targets, to strengthen cultivating of employment awareness, to enhance study of job-hunting skills, to establish scientific occupational values and favorable psychological adjusting ability.
