高职院校兼职教师队伍现状及建设措施

兼职教师队伍建设成为制约高职院校健康发展的因素之一，寻求兼职教师队伍建设的有效途径是当前各高职院校面临的现实考验。从当前高职院校兼职教师队伍建设现状及存在的问题出发，提出在“聘任制度、考核评价、教学能力养成、管理制度”四个方面的建设措施。

Present Situation and Construction Measures of Part-time Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

The construction of part-time teacher team has become one of the factors restricting the healthy development of higher vocational colleges. The seeking of effective ways to construct part-time teacher team is the test of reality facing current higher vocational colleges. This article, from the current situation of part-time teacher team construction in higher vocational colleges at present and the existing problems, proposes four aspects of the construction measures in appointment system, evaluation, teaching ability cultivation and management system.
