| 摘 要： | 通过对高职教育人才规格新界定的思考，针对相关企业发放调查问卷，进行通信技术专业人才的需求调研，并根据企业提供的岗位能力需求分析，重新确定高职通信技术专业人才培养目标，重构基于工作项目的课程体系，完善教学内容的选取和优化，加强教师团队与实训环境的建设，积极探索并实践基于校企合作创新的人才培养方案。

| Abstract: | Based on the new definition of specifications of higher vocational talents, and issuing questionnaires in the relevant enterprises, the talents demand of communication technology professionals is investigated. According to the analysis of position capacity needs provided by enterprises, the communication technology professionals training objectives are re-established, the curriculum system based on the work projects is reconstructed, the selection and optimization of teaching content is improved, the construction of teacher team and practice training environment is strengthened, in order to actively explore and practice innovative training program based on school-enterprise cooperation. |
