摘    要:对采用攀西地区稀土精矿,在电弧炉内直接冶炼稀土硅铁合金工艺的优点做了概述。精矿中杂质元素含量对产品质量及市场开拓的影响,说明攀西矿的特点更适合应用于冶炼稀土硅铁合金。当采用二段还原工艺时还可以大幅度提高精矿利用率和降低成本

Abstract:Briefly introducing advantages of direct smelting rare-earth ferrosilicon alloy by using Panxi rare-earth concentrade in arc furnace.The effect of impurity content in concentrade on product quality and market development illustrates that Panxi rare-earth concentrade is very applicable for smelting rare-earth ferrosilicon alloy.Adopting two-stage reduction process can increase concentrade's utilization ratio and can reduce production cost greatly.
