用P_(204)从铜电解液中萃取铋的研究

摘    要:P_(204)在硫酸体系中,对铋具有选择性;由单级条件试验确定,有机相为80%P_(204)+20%磺化煤油,相比为3,经五级错流萃取时,萃取率可达97%,铜电解液中铋含量可降至20mg/L,采用硫酸和盐酸混合水溶液进行反萃,反萃率可达95%。

Abstract:In the sulphuric acid medium,the solvent P204has been found to be a high selectivity of bismuth in the copper electrolyte. By the single stage extraction experiment ,it has been determined that the-optimum organic phase component is 80%P204and 20% sulphonated kerosene and the optimum phaes ratio is 3,After the co-current five stage extraction ,the extraction ratio may attain to 97%and the concentration of bismuth in coper electrolyte may be lower than 20mg/l when the mixture solution containing sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid is used as the back extraction solvent ,the back extraction ratio is 95%.
