摘    要:针对生产中的精加工与半精加工对加工质量的要求,选择声发射为反馈对象,以西门子611D驱动系统为实例,建立了基于直线电机数控伺服系统的控制系统数学模型;为以后研究和开发针对高速小切削量加工过程的数控系统自适应控制方法提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:According to the requirement of the manufacturing quality during the process of the finish machining and semi-finishing,the acoustic emission is selected as the feedback object.The Siemens 611d driving system is taken as the example.The control system mathematical model is set up that based on liner motor numerical servo system.Certain theory evidence is provided for aim at high speed cutting and little cutting output workpiece process.
