摘    要:研究采用再磨——浮选工艺对南方某老尾库尾矿(含WO3 0.19%)中的钨进行回收.在高碱浮选介质中,添加浮选药剂,通过一次粗选、二次扫选和三次精选流程,获得钨粗精矿含WO3 3.26%,回收率为70.48%.红外光谱测定结果表明,733对白钨矿的捕收作用以表面化学吸附和键合为主.

Abstract:The process of recovery of tungsten by regrinding-flotation from an old ore tailing contained 0.19% WO3 in the south China is investigated. The results show that satisfactory flotation indexes can be achieved by the process of one stage roughing, two-stage scavenging and three-stage cleaning with conventional agents in the high alkaline flotation medium. The tungsten concentration grade and the recovery of WO3 reach 3.26% and 70.48%, respectively. Analysis of IR spectra testified that chemisorption and bonding were the main reaction mechanism of 733 on scheelite.
