基于“项目教学理念”构建的应用型本科人才培养模式应用研究

摘    要:应用型本科教育有别于普通理论型本科教育,同时又不同于职业教育,"基于项目教学理念构建的应用型本科人才培养模式"是指人才培养过程中,围绕"专业能力培养"这个核心,以学生参与项目教学开发实践为手段、以培养学生专业技能为目的,提高学生学习能力和独立处事能力,激发创新意识和创新能力,使学生能全面胜任专业领域的项目开发任务的培养模式。为此需要重新分配教学资源,调整教学的教学内容和组织形式。

Abstract:Applied undergraduate education differs from general-theory undergraduate education;simultaneously it is different from the vocational education."Applied Undergraduate Training Mode Based on Project Teaching Idea Construction" is a training mode which makes students fully satisfy project development tasks of professional field.During the process of personnel training,this training mode focuses on "professional capacity-building ".For the purpose of training students’ professional skills,students have involved in practice of the project teaching development.So that it can improve students’ learning ability and independent working ability and stimulate students’ innovation conscious and innovation capability.Hence,we should re-allocation teaching resources and adjust teaching content and organization form of teaching.
