| 摘 要： | 针对软件项目进度风险控制方案的决策问题,提出一种优化模型并给出启发式求解算法。该模型基于风险预防视角,以进度风险概率、进度风险损失和风险控制成本最小化为目标,综合考虑管理者的风险偏好,选出满意的风险控制方案。最后通过案例验证了模型的有效性和可操作性。

| Abstract: | For the decision problem of software project schedule risk control actions,an optimization model and its heuristic algorithm are proposed.From the risk prevention perspective,the model can select the satisfactory risk control actions according to the minimum of schedule risk probability,schedule risk loss and risk control cost,combined with decision maker’s risk preference.Finally,a case analysis shows the effectiveness and the maneuverability of the model. |
