摘    要:实施素质教育的关键是要有一支高素质的教师队伍。21世纪的教师应具备以时代精神为主体的思想品德素养、以学科专业知识和人文科学知识为内涵的文化修养和以开拓创新能力为核心的能力结构以及以心理健康为标志的身心素质。培训高素质的教师,一要抓好教师的职前教育;二要加强在职教师的培训。

Abstract:The key to carrying out the basic quality education is to have high quality teaching personnel. The teachers in the 21st Century should have ideological and moral attainments with the spirits of the times,cultural accomplishment with both the professional knowledge and knowledge of humane studies, ability structure with the core of innovative and creative ability, physical and mental qualities with psychological health being the symbol. To train high-quality teachers,both the pre-occupational education and in-service training are strengthened.
