| 摘 要： | 对52例先天性心脏病采用直视手术,无需降温、复温,缩短了手术时间,避免了心肌再灌注损伤.全部患者术后恢复良好,无手术死亡.

| Abstract: | Fifty-two cases of congenital heart disease were operated under direct vision. The result showed that the operation did not need decrease temperature and return to normal temperature again,yet reduced the time of operation as well as avoided myocardial injury due to perfusion again . After operation, all patients recovered well and did not appear die by operation. |
