ZL104合金直接加锑变质处理的性能与组织分析

摘    要:本文提出对ZL104合金采用直接加纯锑的方法同样可以铸成高强度的大型砂型铸件。合金中含锑量为0.2%左右时,其强度值和硬度值最佳,含锑量在0.05~0.7%范围时,共晶硅与含铁杂质相可被细化。由于合金中含有较高的锰量(Mn0.48%),针状的Al_9Si_2Fe_2相转变为骨骼状的AlSiMnFe相,从而改善了合金的塑性。

Abstract:It is pointed out in this paper that a high-strength and big sond castings can be obtained by directly annexing pure Sb for alloy ZL104. When the alloy contains Sb about 0.2%, it may obtain best strength and hardness. And when Sb is about 0.05-0.7%, a eutectic silicon structure and A16 ( SiMnFe ) -phase can be fined. Because of the higher content of Mn in the alloy ( 0.48% ), the acicular phase becomes skeletonized phase (Al0Si2 Fe2-AlSiMnFe ) so that the toughness of alloy is increased.
