| 摘 要： | 本文应用单柱离子色谱法，以邻苯二甲酸为淋洗液，测定了不同成长期的葡萄浆果中的苹果酸、酒石酸和柠檬酸，并对苹果酸和酒石酸沿葡萄浆果自顶部至柄部的分布情况进行了分析。
