夹紧力作用下工件变形的有限元分析

摘    要:机加工过程中工件在夹紧力作用下的变形量是影响机加工精度的重要因素, 通过有限元网格划分软件MasterFEM划分柴油机缸体网格,并用分析软件ANSYS定量分析柴油机缸体主轴承孔精加工时在夹紧力作用下工件的变形量.计算实例表明,工件在液压夹紧点和夹紧力确定的情况下,柴油机缸体的主轴承孔夹紧力变形可以定量计算,依据计算结果可优化工件夹紧点的位置以及夹紧力大小,经调整后将有效提高机加工的加工精度.

Abstract:The stresses of the parts under the fixture forces are the main factors to affect the machining accuracy.The meshes are generated by MasterFEM software,and the stress and strain of the parts are calculated through CAE software ANSYS.The calculation case shows that once the clamping points and forces are defined,the deformation value for the main bearing bores of the engine can be calculated quantitatively.The calculation results can be used as the scientific basis for optimization of the clamping points and...
