酶生物传感器的研究进展

摘    要:简要介绍了酶生物传感器的工作原理、分类以及酶生物传感器在环境监测、食品分析、生物医学等方面的应用,探讨了影响酶传感器研究进展的瓶颈,并展望了其应用前景.

Abstract:In this article, the progress of research on the enzyme biosensors in recent years was summarized. The operational principle, classification and application in environmental determination, food analysis and biomedicine of the enzyme bioscnsors were described. The bottleneck in research on enzyme bioscnsors was discussed and the application prospect of enzyme biosensors forecasted.
