| Abstract: | In the early period of the foundation of PRC our country practiced the heavy industry prior developing strategy, which is based on Chinas actual situation. We cant evaluate one countrys economy developing strategy simply according to economic factors .The heavy industry prior developing strategy has the profound meaning on China's social development either for that time, present or future. |
