油气弹簧缝隙节流分析与数学模型研究

摘    要:提出油气弹簧环形阀片变形缝隙节流的一种研究方法.运用边界层理论推导了紊流状态下缝隙的流量表达式,与CFD软件数值解对比验证了公式的正确性及其精度,分析了缝隙结构参数对压差的影响规律.根据自主研发的油气弹簧的结构形式,通过上述推导公式以及实际气体状态方程,建立了单气室油气弹簧的数学模型.仿真分析了系统弹性力与总输出力随位移的变化关系,并与试验数据进行了比较,验证了数学模型的正确性.说明缝隙紊流流量公式具有实用价值,为阻尼阀的精确设计提供了依据.

Abstract:Gives a research method for the throttle aperture when the annular slice deformation of hydro-pneumatic spring is considered.The flow equation of aperture under the turbulence state is deduced using the boundary layer theory,and the correctness and precision of the equation validated when compared with CFD.The rules that different structure parameters of aperture influence on the pressure are studied.Mathematical model of hydro-pneumatic spring is set up through the above equation and the gas state equation.Relationship of elastic force and total export output force following the displacement are studied.Correctness of the model are validated compared with the experimental data,and practicability of the turbulence flow equation is explained.The analytical equation and conclusion can offer reference to the design of the throttle valve of hydro-pneumatic springs.
