| Abstract: | The overdeveloped littporal fishery resources postoned fishery society. The modernization suffocated and social contradiction extruded in the fishery community. We need construct the harmony idea between human and ocean, configure fishery resources with reason and lead fishing population to be transferred to civilian work, so that realize the harmonic development of society of marine fishery. |
