中药微粉粒度的分析研究

摘    要:对中药微粉粒度常用的测定方法进行简单阐述,分析各种方法存在的优缺点,并重点介绍激光衍射法.采用Mastersizer 3000激光粒度仪对板青超微粉、黄芪超微粉和四味穿心莲散超微粉的粒度大小及其分布进行测定,指出干法激光衍射法较其他方法更适合用于三者粒度的测定.

Abstract:The common determination methods of partical size of traditional Chinese medicinal micropowder wereexpounded briefly. The advantages and disadvantages of every testing methods were analyzed,and laser diffractionmethod was narrated in detail. The particle sizes and particle size distributions of Banqing micropowder,Huangqi-micropowder and Siweichuanxinliansan micropowders were tested by Mastersizer 3000 laser particle analyzer. Drylaser diffraction method is thought to be the most suitable to particle size testing of Chinese medicinal micropowders.
