官能团化聚丙烯对Mg(OH)2/PP力学性能的影响

摘    要:制备了加有官能团化聚丙烯 (FPP)、接枝单体和原位形成FPP改性Mg(OH) 2 /PP复合材料 ,研究了FPP、接枝单体和原位形成FPP对Mg(OH) 2 /PP复合材料力学性能的影响 ,实验结果表明 ,Mg(OH) 2 使PP力学性能明显降低 ,缺口冲击强度降低比弯曲、拉伸强度更加明显 ,但模量提高。FPP加入有利于复合材料弯曲、拉伸强度提高 ,而且Mg(OH) 2 用量越多 ,效果越明显。接枝单体加入也明显提高复合材料的力学性能 ,尤其高含量Mg(OH) 2 填充复合材料。虽然原位形成FPP改性复合材料的力学性能比仅加有接枝单体的低 ,但随接枝单体用量增加而提高。抗氧剂对原位形成FPP改性复合材料Mg(OH) 2 /PP力学性能影响不大。

Effect of Functionalized Polypropylene on Mechanical Properties of Mg(OH)2/Polypropylene Composites

Abstract:Modified Mg(OH) 2/PP composites were prepared by addition of functionalized polypropylene(FPP), monomer and the formation of %in_situ% FPP. The effect of addition of FPP, monomer and the formation of %in_situ% FPP on the mechanical properties of Mg(OH) 2/PP composites were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the addition of Mg(OH) 2 markedly reduced the mechanical properties of PP. The extent of reduction in notch impact strength of PP was higher than that of flexural strength and tensile strength. However, the tensile modulus and flexural modulus increased with the increased Mg(OH) 2 content. The addition of FPP facilitated the improvement in flexural strength and tensile strength of Mg(OH) 2/PP composites. The more the Mg(OH) 2 content, the more significant the effect of FPP. The incorporation of monomer resulted in a further increased mechanical properties, in particular the flexural strength, tensile strength and notch impact strength of Mg(OH) 2/PP composites containing high level of Mg(OH) 2. Although the mechanical properties of composites modified by the formation of in_situ FPP were lower than that of composites modified by only addition of monomer, they increased with increasing the monomer content. The mechanical properties of modified Mg(OH) 2/PP composites was little influenced by the addition of oxidation resistant.
