发达国家数学英才教育的启示

改革开放以来,随着经济的快速发展,我国的基础教育和高等教育也得到迅速发展,目前高等教育已基本普及.但数学英才教育与发达国家相比还存在着严重的不足.介绍了美、英、法、日、韩等发达国家数学英才教育的状况,借鉴其英才教育的成功经验,论述了我国英才教育体制的构建,从数学英才教育的适时发展性、认知过程及监控、教育原则、情绪调控等方面,探讨了我国数学英才教育的实施问题.

The Revelation of Mathematical Talent Education in Developed Countries

With the rapid economic development after the reform and opening up policy, China＇ s basic educa- tion and higher education has been developing rapidly. So far, the higher education has been basically popularized. But there are still serious problems in the elite education in mathematics compared with the developed countries. The status of elite education in mathematics from Britain, the United States, Japan, South Korea and other devel- oped countries is introduced. Drawing lessons from the successful experiences of the other developed countries, China＇ s elite education system is discussed. The implementation of elite education in mathematics is probed from the aspects of timely development, cognitive process and monitoring, the principle of education and emotional con- trol.
