中小学体育教师职业压力源调查研究

采用问卷对莆田市180名中小学体育教师职业压力及压力源进行调查．结果表明：（1）中小学体育教师的职业压力主要来自职业需要、学生、家长、考试、工作等因素，职业压力源排在前三位的是家长因素、工作因素、职业期望．（2）不同学校类别的体育教师职业压力源在工作因素上存在显著性差异．（3）中小学体育教师职业压力源在职称、年龄、性别、所教对象上不存在显著性差异，但在各因素某些项目上存在显著性差异．根据这些结果对中小学体育教师职业压力及职业压力源进行分析并提出建议，以缓解体育教师的职业压力．

Research on Occupational Stressors of Primary and Secondary School Sports Teachers

In this paper, 180 sports teachers in the primary and secondary school are asked to answer a questionnaire designed by the author, covering the present situation of the teacher's occupational stress and the stressors. The analysis of the result shows The result shows: (1) The occupational stress of the sports teachers of middle and primary schools mainly comes from factors such as job needing, students, parents, having an examination, working, etc. , the ones that ranked the top three in the occupational stressors are factors of parents,working,job expectation. (2) The occupational stressors of different school jobs shows the significance difference at the working factor. (3) Sports teachers'stressors in middle and primary schools makes no difference on age,sex,teaching objective,but do different on some factors of projects. Analyze and put forward the suggestion according to result of sports teachers'occupational stress and stressors in middle and primary schools,and to relieve the sports teacher's occupational stress.
