虚拟维修系统关键技术研究

摘    要:针对目前虚拟维修存在的实时性不高、开发效率低的问题,研究了基于virtools5.0的虚拟维修技术。提出了在几何模型的构建过程中,通过制定一些规则,对三维模型进行初始优化,减少三维模型的几何面片数。同时对有相似操作的行为模块建立行为模组图,并对行为模组图进行封装,针对容易出现参数丢失现象,对封装技术进行了改进,将参数保存到行为模组图的外面,提高了整个系统的开发效率。以上技术通过对某大型部件虚拟维修的应用,证明了该技术的有效性。

Abstract:For the current problem of Real-time poor and the low efficiency of development, researched the virtual maintenance technology based on virtools5.0.At the process of geometric models constructing, proposed the initial optimize for the three dimensional models by setting some of rules, the method reduced the number of geometric patches of three dimensional models. While establishing behavior pattern chart to the behavior blocks which have similar operation and encapsulating for behavior pattern chart. For prone to the phenomenon of missing parameters, the packaging technology is improved, the development efficiency of the whole system is increased. Through the virtual maintenance application of a large part, the above technology is proved to be effectiveness.
