摘    要:利用微波消解处理蓝莓,通过火焰原子吸收光谱法测定K、 Ca和Mg在76个品种蓝莓中的质量分数。结果表明,76种蓝莓中矿物质含量丰富,95 %的蓝莓K的质量浓度在0.093 %~5.06 %,Ca的质量浓度在0.131 %~0.826 %,Mg的质量浓度在0.048 %~0.246 %。分析结果的相对标准偏差为0 %~9.07 %,加标回收率为96.23 %~102.25 %,具有良好的准确度和精确度。

Abstract:The contents of K, Ca and Mg in 76 blueberries are determined by Microwave Digestion—Atomic Absorption Spectrum (AAS) method. The experimental results indicate that,the K, Ca and Mg contents were 0.093 % ~5.06 %, 0.131 % ~0.826 % and 0.048 % ~0.246 % in 95% of blueberries, respectively. In addition , this method exhibited spike recoveries for 3 mineral elements were 96.23% ~102.03% and RSDs of sample results were 0 ~9.07%, with good accuracy and precision.
