| 摘 要： | 为了遏制日益猖獗的赌博现象,党中央、国务院决定从今年1月起集中开展打击赌博违法犯罪专项行动.本文结合刑法典和最新的司法解释,界定了赌博行为的含义,从理论上探讨了赌博行为的法律适用问题,同时指出了我国现行立法的不足,并提出了几点立法和政策完善的建议.

| Abstract: | In order to restrain the increasingly rampant gambling, the central committee of CPC and the central government have been striking it since January this year. Integrating the criminal law with the up-to-date judicial interpretation, this article tries to define the concept of gambling, explore the matter of legal application, point out the defect of our legislation, and put forward several suggestions on perfecting legislation and policyies. |
