| 摘 要： | ZrB2应用于复合材料中，能改善材料的机械性能、抗热震性能、抗氧化性能。它作为抗氧化剂加入到含碳耐火材料中，能够提高制品的抗氧化性和抗渣性能。由于ZrB2具有耐腐蚀性，因此可用作高温热电偶保护套管。此外，由于具有ZrB2良好的导电性能和高硬度，因此还可用作电极材料、涂层材料以及切削材料。

| Abstract: | As a kind of excellent special ceramic materials,ZrB2,with its high melting point,high rigidity and good high temperature properties,finds extensive uses.When applied,it can improve the mechanical properties,the thermal-shock resistance,and the oxidation resistance of composites.Added into refractories containing C as an additive,it can improve the oxidation resistance and the slag resistance of the product.It can also be applied to thermocouple's protection tubes with its good erosion resistance.In addition,it can be applied to electrode materials,coating materials and cutting materials thanks to its good conduction and high rigidity. |
