| Abstract: | The two prevailing calculating modes in the MIS development are introduced respectively. After analyzing the merits and demerits of both modes in detail, a new idea, which is about applying the mixed mode of C/S and B/S to develop M/S, is put forward according to the characteristics of the two modes. |
