像管的信噪比传递函数及静态分析

摘    要:针对在光电成像器件研究领域中对像管的探测灵敏阈评价公式的不完整性,推导了微光工作区域上象管的信噪比传递函数解析表达式,并对具体的像管进行了理论计算和实际测试,计算和温度结果基本一致,探测灵敏阈的计算曲线表明,理论曲线吻合前人给出的实际工作曲线形式,证明了信噪比传递函数在微光工作区域的适用性。

Signal to Noise Ratio Transfer Function and the Static Analysis of Image Tubes
Abstract:In view of the imperfections in equation for the threshold of detection sensitivity of image tubes used in optoelectronic imaging devices. The paper endeavors in the derivation of analytic expressions for the transfer function of signal to noise ratio of image tubes working under low light levels, theoretical calculation and practical tests have been done for an image tube. The calculation coincides basically with test results.The calculated curve of the threshold of detection sensitivity indicates that the threshold curve corresponds well with practical curve given by predecessors. Thus signal-to-noise ratio transfer function proves itself suitable in the low light level working area.
