摘    要:研究表明,实验条件下向钢液中加入纯铋时铋的收得率为7.54%。钢液中铋的军发过程受液/气界面的挥发反应及液相边界层中的扩散混合控制,共传质系数K23在10^-2cm/s数量级;实验得出了K23值及钢液中铋浓度的经验计算公式;还探讨了熔渣覆盖对钢液中的铋挥发的影响。

Abstract:The result shows that the rate of bismuth recovery reachs 7.54% by adding pure bismuth to liquid steel under the experimental condition.The evaporation process of trace bismuth is contrlled by transport in both the metal boundary layer and the evaporation from the pool surface, in which the transport coefficient K23 is at the order magnitute of 10-2cm/s.The experimental formulas to calculate K23 and bismuth concentration in molten steel have been gained.The effect of covering slag on bismuth evaporation has also been studied.
