我国铁路信号的现状、差距及其发展

摘    要:建国以来,我国铁路信号技术及装备都获得飞跃发展.截止1990年底,我国已装备半自动闭塞41 845.8km,占78.4%;自动闭塞10 370.4 km,占19.4%;调度集中(含调度监督)1168.7km,占2.2%;装备电气集中联锁设备的车站3 530个,占62.9%.上述发展与日益增长的铁路运量还很不适应,与发达国家相比差距很大,主要表现在:安全保证能力不强,安全系数低;对信号基础设备,基础理论研究不够等方面.为此,铁路信号技术的发展对策是:紧密围绕运输,以扩能为中心,提高安全保证手段和安全控制能力,为铁路运输高速发展提供技术和物质条件.

Abstract:Since liberation, the railway signal technique and equipments in China have been developing rapidly. By the end of 1990, semiautomatic block system had been equipped on 41845.6 km line,about 78.4% of the total; automatic block system had been equipped on 10370,4 km line, about 19.4% of the total; GTC system had been equipped on 1168.7 km line, about 2.2% of the total; and electrical interlocking system had been equipped in 3530 railway stations, about 62.9% of all stations. But these are very unsuitable with daily increased railway transportation. Compared with some developed countries, the gap still exists in many aspects, such as lower capability of safety movement assurance, lower safety parameter, insufficient study on basic theory and essential equipments, etc. In order to enhance transportation capacity and pick up developing speed of railway transportation, the policy to develop signal equipments must be enacted by improving and increasing measures and technical equipments to ensure movement safety.
