摘    要:在高温或火焰下,涂层中的各主要组分均参与了炭化层的形成.本文借助傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、核磁共振(NMR)和热失重分析(TGA)等分析手段对炭质层的形成过程进行了表征,并探讨了相应的阻燃机理.实验结果表明涂层在膨胀成炭过程中通过气相和凝聚相阻燃机理实现了对基材的保护作用.

Abstract:An ideal carbonaceous layer of flame retarding coating should have the characteristics of light mass,high compaction degree and high strength etc.The forming process and the final quality of the carbonaceous layer are the main factors of determining the flame retarding performance of a dilatant flame-retarding coating.The forming process of the carbonaceous layer is characterized by means of Fourier Transform Infrared Ray(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR)and Thermo-gravimetric Analysis(TGA),and the corresponding flame-retarding mechanisms of the coating are discussed.The experimental results show that the coating protects the basis materials by the flame-retarding mechanisms of gas-phase and condensation-phase during swelling carbonation.
