| 摘 要： | 文章首先介绍目前较流行的办公自动化软件Lotus Notes5.0的特点。主要介绍应用Lotus Notes5.0办公自动化软件为计算机科学与信息技术学院进行办公自动化应用系统的开发过程和开发思想，及对用户需求的分析、应用系统的结构框图及运行环境设计。

It is shown how to develop OA system of computer science and information technology college by this software, put forward basic idea of system design.
