重点实验室的运作实践及问题探讨

介绍了山东省高校农药毒理与应用技术重点实验室的运作及管理。实验室运作中按照仪器设备的功能及农药系的6个大的研究方向进行了实验室划分,其划分既发挥了实验室及仪器设备的功能,又实现了资源共享,更促进了科研工作的系统性与学科交叉性。在管理上,严格执行规章制度,从仪器管理和人员管理两方面入手,保证了正常的工作秩序及仪器设备的正常运转,从而使科研与教学工作进行顺利。自2006年被列为省重点实验室建设以来,在科研、人才培养、对外开放等方面取得了显著的成效。
