分子生物学实验课程考核方法探讨

摘    要:分析了分子生物学实验主要基于实验结果和实验报告的考核方式存在的局限性,探讨了一种新的实验课程考核方案,该方案全面地考查学生在实验课程的课前、课间和课后全过程中的表现和和综合实验操作能力,并增加了一个学生自我评价环节,该环节可激发学生在实验中的自我管理能力和实验创新能力。实施结果表明该考核方式能够提高考核的准确性和可靠性,促进了学生综合能力的提高,也有利于高素质创新人才的培养。

Abstract:On the basis of the analyses about the defects in the current experiment examination method,in which the students' marks are determined by the experiment results and experiment reports,a new examination method is studied in this paper.In the new method the students' behaviors during the whole experiment progress and the students' experiment abilities are examined.In addition,a self-evaluation section is enrolled in the examination,which could help students to self-manage and to innovate in the experiment.Th...
