机械工程实验教学改革实践与探索

实验教学是培养学生研究能力、实践能力和创新能力的有效教学方式,为了培养满足现代社会需要的人才,必须进行实验教学改革。文章从建立"以学生为本"、"大工程"实验教学、服务理念出发,提出了开设综合性、设计性、创新性、开放式独立实验课,大规模减少演示性、验证性实验教学内容的实验教学改革措施和实验教师队伍建设措施以及实验中心组建、实验室开放等组织管理办法和实验室开放运作策略,同时,总结了实验室建设思路。
