| 摘 要： | 分析了我国职业教育师资队伍的现状和存在的问题,提出了高师应充分发挥教师教育的特色和优势,调整专业设置和人才培养方案,构建能适应现代职业技术教育的人才培养模式,承担起为职业教育培养合格教师的历史重任。最后,提出了高师电子信息类专业为职业教育培养师资的对策与措施。
