氟橡胶制品耐热工艺的研究

摘    要:对氟橡胶制品耐热工艺进行了研究 .通过大量的实验及对所获样品物理性能 (扯断强度、扯断伸长率、硬度 )的测试 ,找到了适合于氟胶制品耐热的工艺条件 .研究分析了热炼对物理性能的影响 ;硫化温度与时间对扯断强度、扯断伸长率的影响 ;硬度与助剂用量的关系 ;老化前后硬度的变化 .结果表明 ,可使氟橡胶的耐热温度达到 2 75℃ ,优于目前国内氟橡胶制品的耐热温度 2 5 0℃的水平

Abstract:Studied about the heat resistant process of the fluoroelastomer products.It was founded out to fit the heat resistant process of the fluoroelastomer by a lot of tests and measuring the physical properties tests(tensile strength,elongation at break and hardness).It was analyzed and studied that the milling affects the physical properties,vulcanized temperature and the time affects tensile strength and elongation,relationship between the hardnes and the dosage of the assistant and the aging affects the hardness change up and down.The results showed that the temperature of resistance hot had researched 275?℃,which was superior to the present level of fluoroelastomer products (250?℃)at home.
