| 摘 要： | 提出了一种具有连续变化槽角的反射式变周期光栅结构，通过分析证明其衍射效率有明显的提高，给出了用以描述周期光栅各参数之间的数学关系式，并将其定义为光栅调制函数，基于上述原理，提出了一种非中心波长下变周期光栅“景点”位置的优化设计方法。

| Abstract: | A reflection chirped grating structure having continuously varying sawtooth groove profilers proposed. The result of analysis shows that the type of chirped grating is of very high diffraction efficiency. A concise formula, defined as the chirped function, is presented to describe the relation ship of chirped grating parameters. Finally, an optimization method for reaching at an image point at an arbitrary wavelength is given. |
