铁精砂相似材料力学性质试验研究

摘    要:依托于某工程项目,以隐晶质玄武岩为模拟原型,选择相似材料最优配比,以便后续物理模拟等研究工作。相似材料由石英砂,重晶石粉、铁精粉和松香酒精溶液混合后击实而成,该材料具有高重度、低强度的特征。从材料选择、模具设计、试样制备、室内力学试验等方面开展了综合性模型相似材料的试验研究,最终获得满足试验要求的材料组成及配比。经试验研究发现,通过改变配比,可以调整相似材料的抗压强度及抗剪强度参数,从而为以后的相似材料研究提供可以参考和借鉴的依据。

Abstract:This paper is based on an engineering project, taking crystalline basalt prototype for simulation, selecting the optimal ratio of similar materials for subsequent research work of physical simulation. Similar material is mixed with quartz sand, barite powder, iron powder and rosin alcohol, after the compaction, the material has the features of high specific weight, low intensity. From the respect such as material selection, mold design, sample preparation and mechanical test, this paper ultimately meet the test requirements of material composition and proportion by comprehensive similar material model test research. By experimental research, this paper found that, by changing the ratio, the compressive strength and the shear strength parameters of the similar material can be adjusted, which can provide reference for future similar material research and reference basis.
