裂纹扩展过程的数值模拟

摘    要:本文把基于广义虚功原理的多变量有限元模型的优势用于计及大位移的弹塑性断裂分析,并结合运用“可裂单元”的概念,构造了一种性能良好的模拟裂纹连续扩展过程的数值方法。算例表明,用本文算法能成功地予示裂纹的稳定扩展和失稳扩展过程。文中把临界有效应变作为裂纹扩展判据,并和其他一些扩展判据作了对比。

Abstract:In this study, the superiority of the multivariable finite element model based on the generalized virtual Work principles is used to the elasto-plastic fracture analysis accompanied with the finite displacement theory. By using this model and "breakable element" Concept an accurate algorithm simulating the crack grouth is formulated. The numerical examples havre demonstrated that the algorithm in this study can be successfully used to predict both the stable and unstable gronth of a line crack. The rapture effective strain was used as a fracture criterion and the comparison was made between this criterion and some others.
