菲律宾教育的成才机制

摘    要:成人、成才,社会和就业市场的认可,正成为衡量教育产品质量的重要标准。菲律宾的熟练工人、专业人士和高级管理者具有国际公认的胜任力,其成人和成才之教育定位激发了学生的社会良知和合作精神,切实满足了生存、发展和创新等职业生活的需求。其机制在于,注重在基础教育、职业技术教育和高等教育等不同层次上培育有用的公民,其实践则整合了中央和地方政府、社区和学校、家长和个体等教学资源,并赢得国际社会和就业市场的认可。这对中国教育转换机制、定向开发学生的应变力、生产力、参与力和竞争力,使教育的发展与公民的成人成才协调进步具有一定启示。

Abstract:"To be" and "To do",and recognitions from the community and employment market credit the quality education of China at present.Skill workers,professionals,and senior administrators trained under the Philippine education system have international esteemed competences.The strategic niches of "To be" and "To do" oriented social responsibilities and cooperative teamwork of Philippine learners comply with their needs for survival,growth and innovation.Its mechanism facilitates regular Filipino to be productive citizens over the world through basic education,vocational education and higher education.Furthermore,its implementation integrates the efforts of central and local governments,communities,institutions,parents and individuals with related resources and advantages.This paper proposes hereby that China's educational mechanism should promote students to be flexible,productive personnel,thus to enable the sustainable development of Chinese education,together with the achievements of native citizens.
