菲律宾教育的成才机制

The Mechanism of Education for Talents Cultivation in Philippine

"To be" and "To do",and recognitions from the community and employment market credit the quality education of China at present.Skill workers,professionals,and senior administrators trained under the Philippine education system have international esteemed competences.The strategic niches of "To be" and "To do" oriented social responsibilities and cooperative teamwork of Philippine learners comply with their needs for survival,growth and innovation.Its mechanism facilitates regular Filipino to be productive citizens over the world through basic education,vocational education and higher education.Furthermore,its implementation integrates the efforts of central and local governments,communities,institutions,parents and individuals with related resources and advantages.This paper proposes hereby that China's educational mechanism should promote students to be flexible,productive personnel,thus to enable the sustainable development of Chinese education,together with the achievements of native citizens.
