EVA预辐射接枝NIPAAm及其表面性能

摘    要:采用空气预辐射接枝的方法,将N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)接枝于乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)上,研究了影响接枝反应的因素,以及接枝物的溶胀性能.结果表明,EVA-g-NIPAAm具有较好的热敏性.SEM和DSC对接枝表层的分析也表明,EVA-g-NIPAAm接枝层的溶胀态有明显的网状微孔结构,因而能容纳大量自由水,而在收缩态无微孔结构,因而含水量很低,且大部分为非自由水.

Abstract:N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) was grafted onto ethyl-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer by means of preirradiation grafting. The factors which affect the grafting reaction were studied. The common characteristics of the preirradiation grafting reaction in the liquid monomer-solid trunk polymer system are observed in this system. The surface of EVA grafted with NIPAAm showed thermo-sensitivity similar to a poly (NIPAAm) gel. The response to the change of temperature through the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of the graft is faster than that of the gel. SEM revealed micro pore structure in the surface layer of the sample. DSC was also used to analyze the water state on the surface layer of the sample.
