论供给学派的经济理论与实践

本文由下面三个部分组成:第一部分扼要阐明供给学派在西方各国爆发经济滞胀的情况下产生,同时指出它的思想源流是保守主义的;第二部分介绍供给学派经济学的基本理论与实践;说明里根的经济复兴计划主要是以供给学派经济理论为依据的;第三部分是本文的主要部分,在这里对供给学派的经济理论与实践进行评价,指出它的近期效果是不错的,但是从根本上看问题,供给学派经济学也和凯恩斯经济学一样,无法拯救资本主义必然灭亡之命运。

ON ECONOMIC THEORY AND PRACTICE OF SUPPLY-SIDE ECONOMICS

This paper consists of three parts. The first part is a brief to illustrate that Supply-Side economics comes into being under the circumstance of breaking out economic staginflation in western countries, and its ideological source belongs to conservatism. The second part introduces the basic theory and practice of Supply-Side economics, explaining that Reagan's program of economic renaissance is worked out according to the theory of Supply-Side economics. The last part is the main one, in which we give our comment on the theory and practice of Supply-side economics Although we affirm that its short term effect is not bad, considering from its essentials, we point out that Supply-Side economics is the same as the Keynesian economics, which can't save the fate of inevitable doom of capitalism.
