输液卡临床应用存在的医疗纠纷隐患及对策

目的提高对输液卡的重要性认识，准确、客观及时地书写输液卡，减少因书写不当造成的医疗纠纷。方法通过对2006年8月至10月本院各科2568份输液卡记录存在的缺陷及潜在的医疗纠纷隐患进行分析，并提出相应的对策。结果输液卡记录存在记录输液滴速与实际滴数有误差，药物输入顺序不正确，未按时巡视，记录内容涂改、漏签名、签名难以辨认，记录漏记、错记或记录不全等问题。结论提高护理人员的法律意识，统一规范输液卡，建立输液观察记录卡，加强输液卡回收保存和管理是防范医疗纠纷的保证。

Analysis of the existing problems in infusion card and the corresponding solutions

Objective: To be more aware of the importance of infusion card and reduce medical dispute incidence caused by the incorrect card records. Methods:By analyzing the shortcomings that were found in 2568 copies of infusion card records from August to October in 2006,some corresponding countermeasures were therefore put forward. Results: In infusion card records,there were many problems leading to the occurrence of some medical disputes. Conclusion: It's very essential to improve the nursing staff's legal awareness,establish the infusion card,form the observation record cards and have them well kept in order to prevent medical dispute.
