硼对2.25Cr—1.0Mo钢热塑性的影响

摘    要:采用Gleeble-2000热模拟试验机研究了2.25Cr-1.0Mo钢的高温力学性能。探讨了硼对高温力学性能的主要影响,结合溶质原子晶界偏聚理论分析了硼对高温力学性能的影响机制,研究中发现,在连铸过程中,硼添加到钢中,显著推迟了选共析铁素体的析出,抑制了P,S等元素在晶界的偏聚。根据研究结果,结论向钢中加入微量元素硼,这样可以控制2.25Cr-1.0Mo钢的表面裂纹产生,提高产品质量和成材率。

Abstract:The high temperature mechanical properties of 2.25Cr 1.0Mo steel were investigated by Gleeble 2000 thermal simulation machine. The effects of boron on the steel's high temperature mechanical properties were investigated during the continuous casting process; the mechanism was discussed by means of grain boundary segregation theory. It is found that the pre eutectoid ferrite is retarded by addition of B element and the segregation of P and S on the grain boundary is restrained. It is suggested that with the addition of boron , the formation of surface cracks on 2.25Cr 1.0Mo steel is controlled and the product quality and yield of casting slab can be raised.
